Kapha Imbalance Support
Kapha Imbalance Support
When Kapha is elevated, the body and mind can begin to feel heavy, slow or a little stuck.
In Ayurveda, Kapha is associated with structure, stability, nourishment and endurance. It can become aggravated through colder or damp weather, low movement, rich or heavy foods, oversleeping, emotional heaviness, routine without stimulation, or long periods of inactivity.
You may recognise signs such as low motivation, sluggish digestion, heaviness after meals, congestion, puffiness, excess mucus, brain fog, oversleeping or a feeling of being resistant to change.
The intention with Kapha support is to gently encourage more warmth, movement, circulation and lightness — without becoming harsh or depleting.
This collection has been selected to support energising Ayurvedic rituals and a more active, uplifting daily rhythm.
Begin With Warming Movement
A warming self-massage ritual can be a beautiful way to help awaken the body and create a sense of circulation.
Our Kapha Oil is designed as an invigorating daily massage oil for times when you feel dull, heavy or in need of momentum. Sahacharadi Oil is another warming option, traditionally used in massage rituals when the body feels slow, stiff or lacking circulation.
For a more stimulating massage experience, use the oil before a warm shower or bath and focus on long, brisk strokes over the legs, arms and body.
For Warmth and Comfort
Karpooradi Oil is a warming Ayurvedic massage oil that can be used as part of a comforting chest, body or joint massage ritual during colder months, or whenever the body feels congested and slow.
Use sparingly and avoid the face, eyes and sensitive areas. Always patch test first.
Support Digestive Fire
Trikatu Herbal Powder is a traditional Ayurvedic blend of warming spices, often used to support a sense of digestive warmth and help balance the heaviness associated with elevated Kapha.
It can be a useful addition to a Kapha-supportive routine alongside warm meals, regular movement, lighter foods and an energising morning rhythm.
A Gentle Reminder
You do not need to overhaul everything at once.
Begin with one simple ritual that brings more warmth or movement into your day — perhaps a brisk morning walk, a warming self-massage, or a lighter, more intentional meal.
Small, consistent actions can help restore a sense of clarity, energy and momentum.
