Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIMES

We dispatch orders on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

The cut off for same day order fulfilment on Mon/Wed/Fri is 10am.

Standard Shipping takes approx. 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping takes approx. 1-2 business days after dispatch.

*Delivery timeframes indicated above are based on addresses in metro areas. If you are in a regional area, please allow an additional 1–2 business days. 

Express orders before 10am Monday/Wednesday & Friday go out same day. All other Express orders will be dispatched next day.

SHIPPING COSTS

All Shipping costs for International and Domestic orders are calculated at checkout.

GENERAL SHIPPING OVERVIEW

All successful orders will be processed within 2 business days upon receipt. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Delivery time frames depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your order update and tracking number.
