In the ancient tradition of Ayurveda, "agni" is referred to as digestive fire. When agni is strong, our digestive capacity is improved, nutrients are assimilated and toxins eliminated more effectively.

This pungent and peppery spice blend is based on the traditional formula of Ashta Choornam and when enjoyed regularly will stimulate and enhance digestion.

Enjoy 1/4-1/2 tsp of this blend, traditionally taken 20- 30 mins prior to meals for the best effect on digestive strength.
