Sahacharadi is considered an anti-inflammatory oil in Ayurvedic medicine and is recommended for Kapha and Vata body types.

This oil is traditionally used for rheumatic complaints, circulation issues (numbness, tingling) and varicose veins, especially on lower limbs.
