The ancient practice of nasal cleansing or nasal rinsing, using a neti pot, has been used in Yoga and Ayurveda for thousands of years as a way of cleaning and protecting the openings and channels in the head; mouth, eyes, ears and nose. 

Traditionally, a neti pot is used daily as a ritual to support the health of the sinus passages, relieve headaches caused by congestion and leave your mind feeling clear and energized. 

This is an effective and natural approach that offers quick, easy relief for sinus issues and is easy to use and travel with.

In the box, we have included a leaflet with specific instructions on how to use and care for the ceramic neti pot properly. Currently available in white and yellow. 

 

We recommend following this with the practice of nasya, using Anu Thailam oil.

This oil is formulated with a blend of specialized herbs in a soothing base of Black Sesame oil.

Apply a few drops into the nasal passages to soothe, nourish and protect the airways and invigorate the mind.
