Anu Thailam Oil is a nose oil or nasal oil that has traditionally been used in Ayurveda for issues pertaining to the head and neck (sinusitis and headache).

Anu Oil can be used daily for Nasya. Nasya is one of the 5 Panchakarma (Ayurvedic detoxification therapies) techniques traditionally used in India.

*Please note Anu Thailam 100ml is a refill and comes without a glass dropper for dispensing.

This Anu Thailam oil is excellent. Softens my sinuses; assists greatly in clearing the nose. Until now an unheard of "prop for a better yoga practice."
