Bala massage oil is very soothing and balancing to the nervous system. Bala is the most commonly used oil for Shirodhara (Ayurvedic therapy of pouring warm oil on the third eye).

Bala can be used by any body type (tridoshic) and is traditionally used for rheumatic complaints.
