Pinda oil is considered Pitta pacifying and traditionally used to relieve excess heat (burning sensations), regarded as anti-inflammatory and analgesic.
We recommend a warm shower 20-30 minutes after massage allowing absorption of the oil. Do not remove the oil with soap.
