    Spring Dinacharya: Align Your Daily Rituals with the Cosmos

    Spring is the season of renewal, growth, and lightness. In Ayurveda, this transition invites us to gently clear away the heaviness of winter and align with practices that support clarity, vitality, and balance.

    One of the most powerful ways to do this is through Dinacharya — daily Ayurvedic rituals.

    The word Dinacharya comes from Sanskrit: dina meaning “day” and acharya meaning “to follow or practice.” These routines were first described in the classical Ayurvedic texts, such as the Charaka Samhita and Ashtanga Hridayam, written thousands of years ago. They outline how to live in harmony with the sun, moon, and the natural cycles of the earth.
